Two samples of shales with two casts of what appears to be Orthoceraid fossils embedded into the shales. The smaller cast resembles a cyrtoconic longicone shell with well-defined septa and transverse sutures. The larger cast is along the margin of the second shale sample. This specimen appears to be more orthoconic in appearance. Large septa and transverse sutures. Both specimens are pyritized.
