Description

Kingdom: Animalia Phylum: Mollusca Class: Gastropoda Four specimens; Three are elongated turbinate dextral specimens and one is a turreted dextral specimen. The three turbinate specimens have six to seven whorls and the one turreted specimen has nine whorls. The three turbinate specimens have prominent spiral ornamntation with large ribs. Two of the specimens (lighter colour specimens) have oval apertures and the darker specimen has a more circular aperture. The two lighter specimens have a callus over the umbilicus and short siphonal canal. The turreted specimen has two rows of spiral ornamentation on each whorl with nodes along the margin between the suture. Circular aperture.
