Species: Conispirifer cyrtinaformis (Hall and Whitifield, 1872)
Small specimen with both the brachial and pedicle valves preserved. Thin costae (0.05 cm). Thin, prominent sulcus composed of five ribs (0.4 cm) and faint fold (0.2 cm). Rounded anterior margin and triangular/rounded posterior margin. Large delthyrium (0.5 cm) and hinge line. Small beak.
