Description
Rounded/rectangular Agate slab, bands of dark/ light brown with dark/light green, polished on one side. Known as "Moss-Green Agate".
Agate (Chalcedony) is a variety of Quartz (SiO2) and is bright green with spots of red (Agate) or when banded it is known as Moss-Agate. Lustre can be vitreous, waxy or dull and streak is white. Hardness is 7 and can be compact, banded or botryoidal.
